No Returns or Exchanges

All sales of Car Diagnostic Machines are final due to the nature of these products. Once a machine is registered to a client’s name, it cannot be changed or resold, therefore, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted after purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product meets their specific needs before making a purchase. Our team is available to assist and provide guidance based on the information provided by the customer, but the final decision and responsibility rests with the customer.

Product Registration

Upon purchase, each Diagnostic Machine is registered in the client’s name. This registration is permanent and cannot be altered. Please ensure that all information provided during the purchase is accurate and complete.

Limited Liability

Our company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the customer’s inability to use the machine due to registration issues, incorrect information provided or changes in the client’s needs after purchase.

Technical Support

We provide technical support for the setup and use of the Car Diagnostic Machines. However, this does not extend to issues arising from the client’s failure to determine their specific needs prior to purchase.

Acknowledgement

By purchasing a Car Diagnostic Machine from us, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this sales policy.
